Maskipaps: The Crossover is the official Afterparty of the UP Lantern Parade, marking the culmination of a longstanding tradition within the University of the Philippines Diliman.

The UP Lantern Parade has been around since 1922 and gets its inspiration from the good ol’ days during the Spanish colonial period. People used to carry lanterns of all sorts of shapes and sizes to light up the way to the early morning December masses.

Now let’s talk about Maskipaps: The Crossover. It’s gonna be the sickest music festival in UP Diliman, organized by students themselves. They’re gonna turn the UP Sunken Garden into a freaking awesome place on December 22, 2023. This event brings together killer music and our rich traditions, and it’s gonna be a total blast.
